With Genius Plus, the User can prepare a Business Case for a client in as quickly as fifteen minutes using EVC Templates.An EVC Template is a pre-configured Business Case that includes the Total Benefit of Opportunity™ (TBO™), the Total Cost of Opportunity (TCO), and the Total Risk of Opportunity™ (TRO™) for a solution and/or service.EVC Templates are developed using Genius Pro by EVC Template Builders trained in Glomark-Governan’s Economic Value Creation Methodology.
In addition to the features available in Genius Base, including the ability to select and de-select portions of the Business Caseto improve the different phases of the sales process, the Genius PlusUser also has access to several other functionalities, including the ability to edit the executive summary, and modify a variety of items such as the depreciation and amortization.
