Value management is a business practice that requires effective coordination among different organizations and area leaders in an enterprise. The finance organization, for example, is responsible for assessing the financial impact of new investments; however, determining the business process improvements, benefits and costs of a new project is something done by a team of business and/or technology people (i.e., operations, sales, IT, marketing).
An individual with an EVC Leader Certification is prepared for coordinating and providing leadership to all the value management practitioners within the enterprise; and understands the best practices for acting as the interface between C-level executives and the rest of the organization on the management of the Enterprise Value Creation practice.
The EVC Leader is also capable of providing guidelines, governance and requirements for the creation of business cases, and use of KPIs to all the individuals in the enterprise involved in value management.
Who should attend? For executives, director-level individuals, and value program leaders, responsible for implementing and managing an on-going EVC or value management practice within the enterprise.
